2500 Biscayne has launched leasing with the upcoming 156-unit apartment complex in Edgewater expecting to open its doors some time in the fall.
Developed by New York-based Greystone Development and Alta Developers, the project is comprised of one- and two-bedroom units that feature open floor plans, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and walk-in closets.

Greystone Development is transforming a former drug rehab center into 14 luxury condominiums at 164 West 74th Street, and hoping to sell them out for a total of $61 million, according to an offering plan filed with the New York state Attorney General’s office last week.

Nearly two-thirds of the market rate apartments already have signed leases at Harlem 125, a new apartment building in Manhattan’s Harlem neighborhood.
“This is a major corridor of the city that has screamed for development,” said Jeffrey Simpson, head of Greystone Development. “Over the next five years it’s really going to wow people.”

Less than two months after Harlem 125 (69 East 125th Street) made its debut, the rental building developed byGreystone and designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is over 50% leased. The development comprises a seven-story tower along 126th Street and a 12-story tower fronting 125th Street for a total of 75 apartments.
The remaining apartments are available for immediate occupancy and come with an offer of 2 months free rent.
