Greystone acquired two adjacent properties in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood – 225 4th Avenue is a ground-up 12-story luxury apartment building built in 2018 with 63 units and 3500 square feet of first floor retail. The other is an iconic landmark – the Brooklyn Lyceum. The Brooklyn Lyceum is a single-use commercial space leased to Blink Fitness, with the exterior of the building preserved to landmark status.
