Greystone acquired a single-story corner retail development at Church and Chambers Streets in TriBeCa, and transformed it in 2019 into a top-notch commercial destination on the ground floor, with 8 luxurious and exclusive full floor residential units over 12,000 sq ft. The building, known as the Tribeca Rogue, features a striking bronze façade designed by Woods Bagot that pays respect to the historical cast iron facades of Soho and Tribeca.
