In 2014, we converted a 1900’s industrial-style printing house to a 30,000 square foot apartment building hosting 36 rental apartments in the trendy neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This building captures the essence of the hip neighborhood with reclaimed brick walls, exposed beam ceilings over 12 feet high that offer a loftesque appeal and oversized windows that flood the space with natural light. The development sold fully pre-leased to an institutional lender at a record-breaking cap rate.
